Abstract
This thesis investigates the processes of diboson production from proton-proton collisions at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. Events recorded by the ATLAS Detector at center of mass energy of 13 TeV will be analyzed in order to test the validity of the Standard Model in the electroweak sector. The analysis includes the measurements of the total and differential cross sections as well as the estimation of the couplings between vector bosons. Any deviation from the Standard Model predictions will be a sign of New Physics that occurs in higher energy scales.
